Each order is usually processed within 48 hours and we update you at every step, i.e. when the order is placed, processed, shipped, and delivered. Free shipping is a special method which can be triggered with coupons and minimum spends,
- For orders starting from a value of ₹ 1500, delivery is free.
Please note that minimum order is applied after coupon discount.
Products will be delivered as per standard shipping policy and it takes 3 to 7 days depending the destination Pin Code.
This option is not a flat-rate but real-time shipping method. Rates are fixed based on the destination/buyer’s location from the warehouse location. Rates are subject to change based on the third-party providers rate schedule.

Customers can opt to choose express delivery based on the real time rates before the checkout process. In the View Cart page, all shipping options are displayed including the approx. delivery time, delivery partner and the cost associated with it. Customer can choose the fastest delivery option as applicable.

Store Pickup:
By default store pickup or otherwise called local pickup is enabled for the customers who have access to TINSICO physical store directly. Customers can opt to pickup their goods directly at TINSICO store. Store location is shared in the Contact Us page.
Possible delays:
You can expect a possible delay during peak seasons or because of natural calamities. Usually, it takes about 7 days for the product to be delivered through our service provider depending on the destination PIN code. TINSICO shall not be liable in any manner for any delays caused in delivery of the products to you.
Tracking:
You can track your orders anytime and additionally there will be SMS notifications sent to your registered mobile number and email.
International shipping:
At the moment we do not serve international locations only domestic location i.e., PAN India is serviceable.
Restrictions:
In all our product pages you are provided a PIN code check box to see if any PIN code is not serviceable. Make sure to use the same before adding the product to the cart.
Flat Rate:
A flat rate of ₹ 200 will be charged in case the delivery address is not serviceable. TINSICO will exercise its right to cancel the order in case the actual shipping cost exceeds the flat rate charged or otherwise will consider calling customer to pay the difference amount before shipping the order.
