Exchanging products is possible.
If you are a registered user and want to initiate your free replacement then follow these steps:
- Click on the “My Account” option under quick links
- Go to your order history and click on Replace
- Select the product you wish to replace
- Select the pick-up address and pick-up date
- Add Reason for replacement from the list below
- Product manufacturing defect
- Add defect product image, it is mandatory
- Submit the request

For exchange or claim, it is mandatory to have the product image attached to the claim.
Replacement against exchange/claims will be subject to availability of the same product. In case, the same product is not available at the store, then a replacement will be adjusted against the subsequent purchase at the same store.
The value of the replaced product will be equal to the original purchase price of the exchanged/claimed product, as mentioned in the Invoice, irrespective of the current price of the exchanged/claimed product, at the time of the exchange/claim being made.
If the value of the replaced product is less than the original value of the exchanged/claimed product, there will be no cash refund, nor a credit note issued.
If the value of the replaced product is more than the original value, then online store will not recover the difference in cash/card against the sale.
No warranty/exchange for product purchased on discount or during the sale period

Cancelling orders only possible before shipping the order takes place i.e. usually one day from the order purchase date.

Any damage caused due to neglect; improper usage will not be covered under our Replacement Policy.
Products can only be replaced if they are in an unused condition
All items to be replaced must be unused and in their original condition with all original tags and packaging intact
In case of purchase of multiple quantity for the same SKU (size & color variants), all quantities need to be returned
