HALF YEAR WARRANTY
TINSICO hot and cold packs with strap are warranted to be free of defects in material and workmanship for half year from date of original purchase. Our half-year warranty is an expression of our confidence in the quality of materials and workmanship in all our products. In the event of a defect covered by this warranty, we will replace the defective product.
We may request that you return the defective product freight prepaid. In order to return the product, you must fill the defect form mentioned below:

This warranty does not cover breakage of the gel ice pack or tearing of the Velcro straps due to owner misuse or negligence or normal wear and tear. What does this limited warranty cover?
This Limited Warranty covers any defects in material or workmanship under normal use during the Warranty Period.
During the Warranty Period, Tinsico Enterprises Private Limited will replace, at no charge, product that proves defective because of improper material or workmanship, under normal use and maintenance.

What will we do to correct problems?
Tinsico Enterprises Private Limited will replace the Product at no charge, using new unit.

How long does the coverage last?
The Warranty Period for physical product purchased from Tinsico Enterprises Private Limited is 180 days from the date of purchase.
A replacement physical product assumes the remaining warranty of the original Physical product.

What does this limited warranty not cover?
This Limited Warranty does not cover any problem that is caused by:
a. conditions, malfunctions or damage not resulting from defects in material or workmanship
